These Terms and Conditions are a fundamental part of the Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. Online Order Form and Customer Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached (collectively, the “Agreement”). In this Agreement, Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C., is referred to as “PSSS” or the “Company” or “Us”or “Pack and Stack”, and the customer is referred to as “you” or the “Customer”. This Agreement is the complete and full understanding between you and PSSS regarding the Services you have ordered proceeding after the Agreement. Any other terms, conditions, warranties, guarantees, undertakings, understandings or representations whether express or implied by statute (insofar as such statute permits), common law or otherwise or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage are hereby excluded from this Agreement. No variation of this Agreement is binding on the Company unless agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized officer of the Company. To the extent of any conflict between the terms of the Order From and Customer Agreement(s) and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall be controlling.

The following paragraphs contain the general terms and conditions under which Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. is engaged in the movement, transportation, storage of personal items, including Shipping and Moving Service Segments. PSSS reserves the right to amend any portion of this service explanation at any time. The most current service explanation may be found at the PSSSWeb site ( and is available upon written request from the Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. main office.

A month is considered storing from the 1st to the last day of that month. A pro-rated month is not considered a full month.

Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. provides several great services which are (I) Storage Service which are either defined as Summer Storage and Study Abroad Storage, (II) Shipping Service which are defined as Domestic or International Shipping and (III) Moving Service which are defined as, Local or Long Distance Move as well as Packing Service, Labor Service and Truck Rental and Driver. Which we provided better detailed information below for all of our great services.

STORAGE SERVICES (Summer and Study Aboard Storage)
PSSS will store your belongings at a storage facility selected by PSSS. Subject to the terms set forth herein, PSSS will store the Customer’s belongings for a period of time that is determined by the customer. The customer simply needs to schedule a drop-off to have their belongings delivered to them. If customer wishes to collect belongings from warehouse, an additional fee could apply and must be scheduled with PSSS directly, only if PSSS approves. Only the first month is pro-rated, which starts on the day of pick-up and/or when PSSS takes possession of the customer belongings. If the customer belongings are in storage by the 1st of any month, the entire month storage is due on the 1st of each month, no bill besides the first bill is prorated. The first bill, which agian is pro-rated has net terms 7 terms.

At Customer’s request, PSSS will deliver or have a 3rd party deliver all the reasonable packing materials to your residence for packing your possessions. Once PSSS has delivered the packing materials to you, you will have up to the Pick-up Date to pack your belongings inside the boxes.

Boxes not supplied by PSSS used by the Customer for storage will be charged based upon per cubic inch rate (Please call for current rate and/or use the price calculator on our website) Heavy boxes (boxes weighing over 50 pounds) will be charged surcharge at the sole discretion of PSSS (see additional fees).

You acknowledge that you have inspected each box and each one is now in good condition and suitable for the intended purpose of storing your goods and personal belongings. PSSS is not responsible for any damage caused to a box or its contents as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct or that of your agents or representatives. You will make no alternations or additions to a box without PSSS’ written permission.

You are responsible for scheduling a four (4) hour window of time (the “Supply Drop – off Window”) for PSSS to drop – off your boxes. PSSS cannot and does not guarantee that drop – off of the boxes will occur at a specified time during the Drop – off Window. PSSS will make one (1) attempt to deliver the Customer’s items to Customer’s residence on the Scheduled Drop – off Date. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the Customer’s items must either be picked up at the storage facility at a time acceptable to PSSS and subject to PSSS’s applicable fee, as such additional fee is set forth on the PSSS Website, or, subject to scheduling and driver availability at the sole discretion of PSSS, PSSS will make one (1) additional delivery attempt subject to PSSS’s Missed Supply Drop-Off, as such additional fee is set forth on the PSSS Website (see additional fees).

The Customer may request that PSSS deliver their items to an authorized third party or that PSSS leave Customer’s items outside of their residence, provided that the Customer has provided the name and location of the third party authorized to accept delivery of the Customer’s items, and the Customer executes such additional documentation as required by PSSS. The authorized third party must present photo identification and sign a release and waiver at the time of delivery. PSSS is not responsible for any loss or damages to the Customer’s items resulting from a delivery to an authorized third party and/or leaving it outside their residence.

In the event that a Customer has stored their items with PSSS and would like their items shipped to them instead of being dropped off in accordance with PSSS’s drop – off policy herein, PSSS will ship the Customer’s items to the Customer at the sole expense of the Customer in addition to the PSSS shipping and handling fee as set forth on the PSSS website. PSSS is not responsible for any damage or loss that results from the shipping of the Customer’s items. A shipping authorization form, which can be found on our website must be filled out to its entirely before shipping can take place.

Please note this service for Re-Delivery is only offered when the client/customer stores for 3 or more months. Also note re-delivery is only free if delivery takes place in the vicinity of the pick up (no more than 5 miles) otherwise further charges will apply. Furthermore, those who store for less than 3 full months and/or have multiple Redeliveres, they will be charged a Re-Delivery Fee, not applicable if not in vicinity (no more than 5 miles of pickup) as additional charges will apply. Please see Fee Section for Pricing and Complete Terms. Please also note that if the client/customer wishes to have their belongings moved to another storage location, there will be an Item-Relocation Fee for such service, please see Fee Section for Pricing.

At Customer’s request, PSSS will pack as much or as little as you want based on the pre-determined time, location and “packing details”. The fee will be based on job and length of job, it will be provided during the free estimate, if one was requested/scheduled.

We guarantee our everyday competitive prices. If you find a verifiable lower everyday or advertised price on an identical item or service at any local competitor, we’ll beat their price by 5% when you buy from us, with the discretion of PSSS. Just bring us the competitor’s current ad or we’ll call to verify the item’s price that you have found. Check and Credit/Debit card only. Competitor’s closeout, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation and damaged items and services are excluded from this offer. On percent-off sales, PSSS will match the competitor’s percent-off offer. Price guarantee honored at all PSSS service locations. Labor charges for Packing Services are excluded from our price guarantee offer.
In the event that PSSS is unable to pick – up or drop – off Customer’s belongings on the Scheduled Pick – up Date or within the scheduled Drop – off Window, PSSS will give a 5% credit of towards the first invoice, subject to the following: the Customer was present and available at his or her residence during the entire four (4) hour scheduled time period, all of Customer’s possessions were packed and ready for pick – up, the Customer’s items were correctly labeled in accordance with PSSS’s box labels (located on each box) or miscellaneous labels (located on the PSSS Website,, PSSS was contacted outside 48 hours of the Scheduled Pick – up Date or Drop – off Window and the guarantee does not apply if the failure to perform within the pickup or delivery window is due to causes beyond PSSS’ control including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the stored items; acts of God; public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises; acts or omissions of police or similar authorities; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; civil commotions; disruptions in ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena; and natural disasters.


Pricing for the services and products shall be in accordance with the pricing schedule contained on Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. website. In addition, Pack and Stack will charge and the customer will pay additional fees as described in the additional fees section. The purpose of the additional fees is to compensate PSSS for expenses it incurs beyond those associated with the provision of services according to standard procedures
The Customer agrees to pay the total cost of the Services provided by PSSS as indicated on the Online Order Form and/or Pricing Page, plus applicable taxes, in accordance with the payment terms set forth on the Order Form and/or Customer Agreement. Pricing can be found on the PSSS Website, on the Pricing Page. The Customer further agrees to pay any applicable fees and charges as specified in this Agreement or on the PSSS Website, which fees and charges are subject to change at any time. Customer acknowledges that there shall be no refunds or credits provided to Customer, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

If the Customer pays by credit card, the Customer hereby authorizes PSSS to charge Customer’s credit card in accordance with the payment plan selected by the Customer. In the event that a Customer’s payment cannot be authorized all charges associated with this Agreement must be paid in full in order to receive your items before the time of their delivery, plus any applicable late fees or other applicable fees and charges.

In the event that PSSS is unable to pick – up or drop – off Customer’s belongings on the Scheduled Pick – up Date or within the scheduled Drop – off Window, PSSS will give a 5% credit of the total price of the Customer’s Storage Invoice, subject to the following: the Customer was present and available at his or her residence during the entire four (4) hour scheduled time period, all of Customer’s possessions were packed and ready for pick – up, the Customer’s items were correctly labeled in accordance with PSSS’ box labels (located on each box) or miscellaneous labels (located on the PSSS’ Website,, and PSSS was contacted within 48 hours of the Scheduled Pick – up Date or Drop – off Window.

If Customer fails to pay any amount within thirty (30) days after it is due, the Customer’s possessions shall be deemed abandoned, and PSSS shall have the right, but not the obligation, to take any reasonable action to dispose of any abandoned property, to recover any outstanding balance from the Customer. Customer shall be responsible for any costs incurred by PSSS in connection with disposal of Customer’s property. PSSS will have no obligation whatsoever to disclose information concerning action taken if any, and may still take necessary legal measures to obtain payment for Services provided from the Customer. PSSS have no obligation to return any proceeds from the disposal of the Customer’s property, and any proceeds in excess of the outstanding balance owed to PSSS under this Agreement shall be retained by PSSS as liquidated damages.
Acceptable payment methods include checks, ACH and credit cards. You must have a credit card on file to pay with check.

We guarantee you the lowest price when you purchase your storage and/or products from Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. If you find the same storage and /or product for less from another similar door-store storage service before you sign up with PSSS, you could get a credit equal to the difference in price, plus 5% of the difference in price. Proof will be necessary upon request and must be in your service area.

Additional insurance can be purchased through PSSS at a cost of $2.50 per $100 dollars of insurance per month. A Customer may purchase insurance up to a maximum $500 per item, and a total of $1,500 per Customer. Any item additionally insured must be itemized in writing and submitted to PSSS at the time the insurance is purchased. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to obtain any additional insurance coverage. Except as expressly set forth above, all items stored in the storage facility are at the sole risk and expense of the Customer, who is responsible for arranging the appropriate insurance coverage.

PSSS does not insure against any damage to: intellectual property (e.g., computer files, electrical equipment and devices), under any circumstances will PSSS cover any electrical devices due to the nature of sensitivity, heirlooms, extremely fragile items, improperly packed items, concealed damages, or minor damage due to normal handling (e.g., scratches, nicks, etc.), or damages due to natural disasters, damage occurring while not in the possession of PSSS, or any damage occurring without evidence of physical damage to the exterior of the box.


To the extent that the Customer does not declare value for the full value of the Customer’s personal property stored with PSSS, the Customer hereby agrees to assume all risk of loss, including damage or loss by burglary, fire, vandalism or vermin. PSSS and PSSS’ agents, affiliates, authorized representatives and employees will not be responsible for, and the Customer hereby releases each and all of them from, any loss, liability, claim, expense, damage to property or injury to persons that could have been declared (including without limitation any loss arising from the active or passive acts, omission or negligence of PSSS or its agents, affiliates, authorized representatives and employees).
Additional declared value is available at the rate specified in the pricing page contained on the web site. The maximum amount of additional declared value is $500 for each stored package. There is also a maximum of $1,500 for the aggregate of the storage items.
To purchase additional storage declared value, the Customer must:
A. Indicate the amount of declared value for each item in the PSSS inventory prior to the time of pick-up and fill out the insurance form.
B. Any item additionally insured must be itemized in writing and submitted to PSSS at the time the insurance is purchased.
C. Label each item to correspond with the itemization contained in the PSSS inventory.
D. Confirm that declared value coverage has in fact been placed by reviewing the bill for services and notifying PSSS of any omission or error within 14 days of the Customer’s pick-up date.

The basic and additional declared value for stored items provides coverage against damage or loss of the Customer’s stored packages due to PSSS’ negligence. The declared value does not cover:
A. Jewelry, coins, and collectibles.
B. Cash.
C. Damage to electronic equipment, devices, intellectual property.
D. Items of indeterminable value.
E. Extremely fragile items (e.g. mirrors).
F. Improperly packed items.
G. Concealed damage.
H. Unpacked items, including furniture that is not wrapped and protected.
I. Minor damage due to normal handling (including, but not limited to scratches, nicks, and cuts).
J. Any damage caused by an event of force natue.
K. Damage to storage containers (e.g. boxes, trunks, etc.)
L. Damages due to natural disasters, and any and all loss or damages occurring while the items are not in the possession of PSSS.
M. Damages caused to particleboard and assembled furniture.
Damaged items must have evidence of physical damage to the exterior packaging of the item. PSSS cannot be held liable for concealed damage to items within a carton, trunk, cardboard box, box or other casing without physical damage to the exterior of the package.

The Customer acknowledges that the Customer is liable for any damage the Customer’s storage contents may inflict on the property of others.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, PSSS’ maximum liability for any damage, loss, cost, or expense incurred as a result of any storage by PSSS is limited by the terms included in this Agreement. All declared value coverage is expressly limited to the period in which the Customer’s possessions are in the actual care and custody of PSSS.

The Customer agrees to make a claim for any loss first against any declared valuation carried by the Customer or the Customer’s guardians, if available. The Customer will make claims against PSSS only after exhausting other areas of coverage.
In the case of damage to stored packages, any damaged cartons must be inspected in the presence of a PSSS representative at the time of delivery to confirm damage. All damaged boxes must be opened at the time of delivery, at which time the PSSS representative will document the damage. For loss of stored packages, the Customer must notify the PSSS representative of the loss at the time of delivery of the other packages and sign the delivery receipt amended for the lost package. The missing items must be noted on the form and signed off by the PSSS representative.
If the Customer is not present during the time of delivery, the condition notes recorded on the contract, if any, will determine the existence and extent of damage or loss
Claims for loss of, or damage to, the Customer’s property must be filed with PSSS by requesting a claims form from PSSS. Claims shall be deemed waived if not filed within 2 days following delivery of the damaged package or, in the case of a lost item, within 2 days following the scheduled delivery of the missing item. Upon receipt of a completed Claim Form and any required documentation, PSSS will process the claim and issue a formal reply to the Customer within 90 days of receipt of the Claim Form and documentation. PSSS will pay the lesser of the following claim amounts:
a. The cost of reasonably restoring the property to its condition immediately before the move (applies only in the case of damaged items).
b. The original cost or replacement value of the property.
c. The amount of declared valuation on the package.
It is hereby expressly agreed that PSSS shall have no liability if any claim is denied or paid in part by its declared value (on PSSS Boxes).


We offer numerous discounts so you can save money, some you can even get free storage. Please also note, if you have any discount on your service bill it may be voided at any time for failure to pay such bill within the due date. Meaning the full service charge will be applied without any applicable discounts. Furthermore we have more rules to our discount programs, below will tell you what they are.

Sorry to say but there is a number of discounts you are allowed to have at one time. The ONLY EXCEPTION is the Referral Program does not count towards your overall discount. So if you refer someone and they sign up they get a discount and you will get a discount as well. Now if you have signed up with storage with us then you will get 5% off of your storage amount , this can be repeated as many times as you want. So possibly get free storage with us.
Next, once you get free storage or if you never stored with us you can now start earning cash for referring people. This payment is done differently; the payment amount to you is calculated by taking 5% of the amount on the bill of the person you referred us to. So say you referred a friend and their bill was $100 you will get $5. It is that easy!!

Rebate is simple, you will get cash back in the form of a check once you completed the Rebate form and mail it in at the appropriate time. You will lose eligibility, for this discount if you fail to pay your bill on time and if miss your pick-up or drop-off time. You are not eligibile for a rebate if you store less then a month and no less than three months total, also rebates can never be pro-rated. Rebates are only payable for a full entire month of storage and can never be pro-rated. You must mail the form and all the appropriate materials needed within 15 days of your drop off. This discount works only if you get your items returned then store with us again. If you are a returning customer then you get the 1st month storage for free if you are storing for more than 3 months. Thanks for remaining loyal.

This discount is not a hard one to get. If you schedule a pick-up date and/or drop-off date and it matches the time of someone else on you dorm floor or house then you will get a discount if this has been pre-arranged. So for example if you live in dorm 3 floor 2 and two people on that floor schedule their pick-up at the same time then you will get a discount. This example also applies for the drop-off.


PSSS uses vendors and other agents in performing the services for the Customer. The Customer acknowledges PSSS’ use of these third parties and agrees that the Customer has no contractual relationship with these third parties.


Without limiting the right of PSSS to conclude for other reasons that the Customer will not be returning to school, the Customer agrees that the Customer’s failure to be present on the scheduled delivery day and the Customer’s failure to communicate with PSSS concerning an alternate delivery arrangement constitutes abandonment of their stored possessions.

In the case of abandonment of the Customer’s possessions, the Customer agrees to pay PSSS for all charges and fees relating to the failed delivery attempt and for any disposal fees of the Customer’s items. PSSS has the right to assume ownership of the abandoned property after 90 days of which the Customer has failed to contact PSSS about delivery and/or has not paid for current storage fees.

Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, the Customer waives any claims for damage or loss of any article against PSSS and its employees. The Customer expressly releases and agrees to hold PSSS, and its agents and employees harmless from any and all costs of processing any claim or defending any claim arising from this Agreement. The Customer expressly acknowledges that PSSS is not a professional storer, mover or common carrier and waives the right to hold PSSS to any laws or standards governing storers, movers or carriers.

If you request a charge back of this payment from your credit card company your account will be immediately on hold and un-deliverable. To restore your account, you must have the credit card charge back or hold removed and PSSS will then apply a $50.00 processing fee. We handle all chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our product offer and/or theft of product. In cases where we have provided a product and we have verified that a client has received a product and/or refused or returned product(s), whether or not they have used the product in any way, possible actions taken by the company may include filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau and/or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of product and possible mail fraud which is a Federal Crime. All cases of chargeback requests will be vigorously fought by the Company. BE AWARE that if you choose to claim your online transaction was fraudulent that all activity and IP address information is captured. This digital proof of whom and where the order was placed will be submitted to the proper authorities. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case against a customer if there is fraudulent use or theft of product(s).

If your check is returned by your bank, you will be charged a returned check fee as a penalty. Insufficient funds is just one reason your check could be returned. Account closure or check cancellation are also reasons for returned checks. When you pay your invoice online, you must enter your bank routing number and checking account information correctly. You can also be charged a returned check fee if you enter your bank information incorrectly and your payment doesn’t process. Our fee structure is $25 for the first returned check, and $35 for each subsequent returned payment.

The Customer agrees to pay the total cost of services requested and supplied by PSSS at the time of order, via a valid credit card or cash with a valid credit card for protection. The Customer also agrees to pay any additional applicable fees incurred during the service Agreement. Refunds will only be given if PSSS is unable to perform the agreed upon services for the Customer for any reason other than the Customer’s request to void the contract. PSSS may charge the Customer’s credit card for any outstanding fees before delivery of the Customer’s belongings and reserves the right to hold the Customer’s possessions until all payments have been received in full. PSSS may refuse to deliver the Customer’s belongings until the account balance is paid in full. Additional fees include but are not limited to:

If you decide to schedule a service, you will get charged if it is done within 48 Hours but outside 24 Hours the fee is $25.00.

If you decide to schedule a service, you will get charged if it is done within 24 Hours the fee is $45.00.

If you decide to schedule a service, you will get charged if it is done outside the normal delivery time frame the fee is $60.00.

This fee is added when the box is over the weight limit of 50LBS. The fee is depended on how much over the weight the box is. There is an initial fee of $25.00 then a charge of a $1.00 for each pound it is overweight. It is best if you think you are going over 50LBS. then just pack a new box. This fee will be assessed everyone time the overweight box must be moved or handled by the request of the customer besides the initial fee.

If you fail to be present or have an authorized signer (communicated before the pick-up to PSSS) you will get a fee of $25.00.

If you fail to be present or have an authorized signer (communicated before the pick-up to PSSS) you will get a fee of $25.00.

If you fail to be present or have an authorized signer (communicated before the delivery to PSSS) you will be charged a fee from $75.00.

Re-Packing fee is for when your item needs to be repacked, the normal rate is $25.00 an hour. If your item requires any re-packing this fee can also be added to your bill, you will be notified if this needs to be done.

In the event a client wishes to pick up or visit their items this fee will apply to each instance. The fee is for $350.00, this is non-negotiable. This covers having any third parties as well.

This fee varies and has not exact amount or ranges. It is based solely on if you leave your belongings behind. You will get charged all cost associated with discarding of your belongings. Basically all costs incurred when storage items are not claimed by the Customer.

If you decide to change your delivery date, location or schedule a delivery, you will get charged if it is done within 48 Hours. The fee based on location and amount of storage, it varies from $25.00 to $45.00.

In the event a client wishes to cancel their scheduled pick-up with less than 3 weeks’ notice they will be charged a fee of $50.00. If the customer gives proper cancellation notice of 3 weeks prior to their scheduled pick up via email or phone no cancellation fee will occur on their account.

If you fail pay your bill on the due date, you will be charged $60.00 every 30 days it is late. The best way of not receiving these fees are simply communicate with Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. and pay your bill on time.

If the Customer elects to cancel Freight Service, the Customer will be charged actual charges incurred, a cancellation fee and a processing fee.

If you pay your bill over the phone, a fee of $14.95 will be accessed on the account. This is only if you call up to pay your bill, this is will be a same day payment.

Just like the customer expects us to be ready, we expect you to be ready. So we require all of our customers to be ready at the beginning of any scheduled service. So to be fare, if you are not prepared during your scheduled time then you will be billed for the wait time. The charge is $60.00 an hour pro-rated every 15 Mins. So if you delay the crew team by 15 mins, then you will get billed $15.00, if you delay 25 mins then you get billed $30.00 and so forth.

Customers who store for 3 or more months per account (Customer Number) are entitled to one Free Re-Delivery. Customers who store less than 3 months will be charged a Re-Delivery Fee of $50.00. Customers who have mulitple Re-Deliveries per account (Customer Number) will be charge a Re-Delivery fee of $50.00 per occurrence.

If customer decides to have item moved to another storage location, warehouse, storage vault or any other locations rather than a residence. The customer will be charged an Item-Relocation Fee of $250 for the first two (2) hours of service provided, then an additional $125 for every additional hour after the first two (2) hours have been exhausted.


This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed according to the law of New York State. The Customer agrees that any court action pertaining to this Agreement shall be conducted in the state courts of New York State or in the federal courts located therein.


The Customer acknowledges that there are no representations, warranties, or agreements by or between the parties that are not fully set forth herein and no representative of PSSS or PSSS’s agents is authorized to make any representations, warranties, or agreements other than as expressly set forth herein. This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by the parties.

Any term or provision of this Agreement that is invalid or unenforceable in any situation in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions hereof or the validity or enforceability of the offending term or provision in any other situation or in any other jurisdiction.
