Why does Pack and Stack Storage Solutions need my e-mail address?
Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. does all of its communication with its customers via email. Email addresses are kept confidential and are not sold or given out to anyone, you can also review our privacy statement. The emails we send are extremely important and have rather important information and changes to your order, so please read all of Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. emails. Can Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. pack my belongings for me?
Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. would be more then happy to pack for you and give you a free estimate as well. We are not a re-packing service meaning we don’t have you pack then we re-pack it again. What we do, is pack your belonging for you at your place. This service is a great convenience for customers who don't have the time, or want to be worry-free about their belongings being stored correctly and safely. In case your storage items are damaged, properly packed items receive full insurance value; improperly packed items do not. The number one reason why customers’ items are broken, damaged, or denied insurance claims is because they were improperly packed by the customer. So let our team of experience packers work for you.

How do I schedule a drop-off?
Fill out this form, call us: (844) PACK-AND-STACK (844.722.5263) or email us: customercare@packandstackstoragesolutions.com 3 weeks in advance, otherwise we can not guarantee the deliver date you may request.

 

What happens if I don’t know my drop off address for the next semester?
That is not a problem and we will work with you. Just contact us via email: customercare@packandstackstoragesolutions.com or by phone: (844) PACK-AND-STACK (844.722.5263) as soon as possible with your new address. If we receive the address within 3 weeks of the drop-off date, we cannot guarantee the delivery date you chose.

 

Are there any important dates I should know about?
To cut to the point, yes! You need to make sure check Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. homepage and your email account. It is the customer’s responsibility to know if their dates for supply day, pick up day and drop off day. If you want your items delivered outside the specific delivery dates for your school, you will pay a fee and are subject to availability.

 

Can I get extra supplies? (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc…)
Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. will give customers as many boxes as they want on your supply deliver date. Please note that these boxes must be accounted for, meaning, on the scheduled pick-up day, Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. will pick up your storage items. Customers who have extra boxes they don’t use should return them at this time. Customers will be charged extra for boxes that are not accounted for, or not used for our services. What if I just get a few people to share a package deal with me?
Split payments may be done over the phone or online. If you pay over the phone, a fee will be assessed.

What does your storage prices include?
Our storage prices include pick-up at your residence on or off campus housing, monthly storage of the item, delivery of your belongings at your residence on or off campus at the end of your storage period. If you purchase a storage deal, supplies do not come with it. Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. bills monthly, we can pick-up anytime, anywhere.
When do I pay?
Final payment is due on the day of your pick-up. You will recieve an invoice emailed to you from the email you provided on sign up.

     

How do I pay?
Payment is easy at Pack and Stack Storage Solutons L.L.C. Simply click the link provided in the emailed invoice or call us at (844) PACK-AND-STACK (844.722.5263) to pay by phone. There will be a fee assessed to pay by phone.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and International. We accept cash for supplies only. We do online checks, click the link on the invoice.

     

Is there a deposit needed?
A deposit of $50 is required upon sign up. This serves you in two ways, first, by securing you a space, secondly, your deposit goes toward your overall bill[s].

     

Can I get my deposit back if I cancel?
All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until 3 weeks prior to pick up. If cancellations occurs after the materials have been delivered, the client will forfeit the deposit.

     

Are there any hidden fees or penalties?
Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. has no hidden fees. There are a couple of penalties you should be made aware of. If Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. is unable to deliver your items because of an error address on your part or no one is home on the re-delivery day to sign for your storage or is there on pick-up day, a delivery fee will be charged. It is also the discretion of Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. when they will be able to re-deliver your storage. To avoid this, it is imperative we have your cell phone number so we are able to contact you on delivery days. If a customer would like to receive their storage on an earlier date than PSSS delivers or on a non-delivery PSSS date, a warehouse fee will be applied and they must come to the warehouse and pick up their storage.
How does the referral program work?
The referral program works like this: if you refer a friend and you are storing with us then you get a percentage of your storage free. Please see Terms and Service for complete details.

What does the insurance cover?
Please visit our Terms of Service Page in order for a detailed description of our insurance coverage.

 

Does storage already include insurance?
Unfortunately, we have recently removed this feature in hope of lowering our prices. You can purchase insurance at a rate $2.50 per hundred each month on any item of your choice. Each item can be insured up to $500 with a grand total of $1500 per order. 

 

How much is insurance?
Insurance will cover your items from damage, loss, theft, ect. Insurance costs $2.50 for $100 a month. For a total of $500 for each item and a grand total of $1,500 per order. What happens if I miss my schedule time frame?
If Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. is unable to deliver your items because of an error address on your part or no one is home on the re-delivery day to sign for your storage or is there on pick-up day, a delivery fee will be charged. It is also the discretion of Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. when they will be able to re-deliver your storage. To avoid this, it is imperative we have your cell phone # so we are able to contact you on delivery days.

 

How do I make a pick-up time for my belongings?
Upon signing up, you will be prompted you must pick a date you want your items to be picked up along with a time. You then will get an email at least 1-2 weeks before the scheduled time.

 

How do I know how many boxes I will need?
The average student orders deal 2 or 3. Remember, you can always order more materials than you ever will need. If you order to many we will refund you upon pick up.

 

Where do I get labels for my belongings?
Once you sign up you will get an email with labels to list all your belongings. You will also get an email a week before your scheduled pick up. See our forms page for printable Misc. Items labels.

 

Do you pick-up and deliver off campus?
Pack and Stack Storage Solutions L.L.C. can pick up your items at your residence on or off campus. We also deliver on or off campus to your residence. Please note there is area restrictions for free delivery and pick up, please call for more detail. 

 

Do I have to be there when you pick-up and drop off my belongings?
You should be there, but no you don't have too. If you have someone there who will assume responsibility, like a friend, parent, or roommate. We will accept that but we will need an email authorization stating that they will be there in your place. On the day we pick up your items, we provide an inventory sheet for your records. On your delivery day, we require a signature before we can drop your items off. We strongly recommend you be there to inventory your items. We cannot leave your storage items at the front desk of any on-campus residence hall. They will not accept them, so you have to be there.

 

What if I have more or fewer items than what I ordered for storage?
Not a problem, we can handle it. You only will be billed for the amount of items that you store. The more items you have, the more you will be charged whereas the fewer items you have, the less you will be charged. This holds true for the storage packages too. If you have fewer items than the package you sign up for, then you will be charged less. There is no minimum or maximum amount a customer can store. When you sign up over the phone or online we can provide an estimate of storage costs, but that is no guarantee of what the final price will be. Can I pull my belongings out of storage early?
Yes!

 

Can I store my belongings for a longer period of time?
Yes, sure you can. You will be charged the same monthly price you have been paying. Your belonging will be delivered to you whenever you return.

 

How do I get my packing material?
You will sechedule a supply drop-off when you schedule your service.

 

Are my items safe and secure?
Of course they are safe and secure. All items are in our 24hr secure warehouse that is climate controled, and are moved by professionals.

 

Can I store items that won't fit in boxes?
Of course you can! Simply go to our pricing page and see misc storage pricing. If you would still like to store the item in a box, call us at (844) PACK-AND-STACK (844.722.5263) and we will help you find a box to fit your storage needs.
Is there a minimum number of months?
No there is none.

 

Is there a weight limit on the boxes?
Yes, there is a maximum of 50 Lbs. Please do not overstuff your boxes. Remember if you can't lift them chances are we can not either.

 

Can I cancel my service/order?
Of course you can cancel the service. We are here for you. All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until 3 weeks prior to pick up. If cancellations occurs after the materials have been delivered, the client will forfeit the deposit.

 

Is there a weight limit on Misc items?
Yes, only on suit cases and storage totes. The weight limit is 50 lbs. Remeber all dressers and armoires must be emptied before pick-up.
Is there a Weight Limit? 
We recommend that it does not weigh more then 50 LBS. If the item weighs more we can ship it but remember it will cost more due to weight and shipping regulations of the shipping vendor.
Do you Ship International?
Of course we can, we can always ship international. We help fill out all the custom forms for you.
Do you pick up my belongings for me? 
Pick-up is included in the service.
What do I have to do to Sign-up?

What happens if my item can not fit in a box? 
This is where we truly shine. We make custom boxes for every item. If your item needs a box, we can make it for you. Just give us the dimensions of item(s) height + width+ length and sufficient time to make it for you and we will do that for you, it's that easy! (custom boxes are non-refundable)
Do all my items need a box? 
Not every item needs a box, such as a suitcase or storage tote/bin but we recommend to put items in boxes to avoid mess and damage that may occur in transit.
Can you pack for me? 
Of course we can pack for you, then we can ship it for you right afterwards.
Can you store my items for a while before you ship it? 
We can store it for as long or as little as you need before we ship it to you.
Is insurance included?
Every item you ship includes $100 of insurance free! Want additional? You can also upgrade.
How do I track my shipment? 
You will get a sales receipt with the vendor we used to ship and a tracking number. You will also get an email explaining it all.
Can you ship my items to multiple locations?
We can ship it to as many locations you would like.
Is there a shipping form I have to fill out?

How is the price determined in a Local Move?
Local move prices are determined by an hourly rate, which is $125.00 an hour with a minimal of two hours. This hourly rate includes, packing, loading, box truck and driver, unloading, unpacking. Any one of these services can be not used; the crew is there until you no longer need them.
How is the price determined in Long Distance Move?
Long distance moves are flat rates. This can include packing and unpacking if you wish. This also includes, gas, box truck, driver and any tolls on the way. This is one price tag that is customized for you!
Can you also pack for me?
Of course we can! We can always pack for you.
Can you bring supplies?
If you need supplies we will bring it. Special boxes are not problem. Extra tape or bubble wrap we got it covered, we always carry extra supplies for you in case you need it.
Can you just help me move? I don’t need the truck or packing. I just need labor?
Not a problem. If you just need those extra hands to lift the heavy stuff, you got it. We will lift and bend until the very end. The price of this is $85 per hour with a team of 2 laborers, minimum of 2 hours. Each additional laborer is $25 an hour.
I just need a truck, can you help?
Not a problem, we can bring a truck to you and a driver for as long as you need. This cost $65 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
What is included in the Local Move?
A Local move can include, at no additional cost: 2 crew members, truck and driver, Packing, Unpacking, loading and unloading. This all comes standard.
What is included in the Long Distance Move?
Long distance moves are flat rate moves, which are one set price for your move. No hidden fees or cost. You tell us what you want included such as Packing, loading, truck and driver, unloading and unpacking and we will provide a price. All gas, tolls and everything is included, it is that simple.
